I put together the architecture, the tooling, and a roadmap you can hold me to. Every step has a measurable goal attached.
Implement
I build in short iterations and show you progress regularly. If something doesn't work in practice, we change course early instead of at the end.
Optimize & Scale
After launch we look at the numbers, tune what's already running, and decide what's worth doing next. Most clients stay on because there's always a next thing.

I'm a freelance fullstack developer with 14 years of experience. These days I split my time between building web applications and helping companies put AI to use in their daily operations.
I've worked with startups, SMEs, and large companies. What I've learned over the years: projects succeed when someone takes the time to understand the actual problem before writing code. I try to be that person.
